Since being founded in early 2021, The Social Monarch Co. has been growing our network of social media influencers, student promoters and brand ambassadors. With a growing 200+ 'Monarchs' across Ontario, this team of student leaders, university athletes, and aspiring influencers has been taking on major brands and making waves!
The past year, TSM Co. found their feet working with brands such as Crank Lite Lager, Bet99 Sportsbook and XLIV Loungewear. The team worked to raise brand awareness and organize creative campaigns to help reach company goals. Campaigns all included user generated content being used on social media such as Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. Ambassadors were provided with tools (ie. free samples and content) to help them promote and engage their networks and audiences. Packaging for product bundles were designed in-house and made for stunning content.
As of September 2021, with the return of students to university campuses - TSM Events was born. As of now, we have successfully launched two in-house event brands. The Brunch Club Weekend is a student party brunch event which features signature cocktails, stunning decor and a curated menu along with live DJ. We were lucky to run this monthly brunch regularly in Waterloo and Guelph before lockdowns due to COVID-19. Hold My Beer Waterloo is a weekly Tuesday event held in Waterloo, Ontario. It is an event brand supported by Crank Lite Lager who we were happy to include in our big plans! With discount drinks, engaging interactive games and live DJ, it has quickly become a Waterloo staple.
In December 2021, The Social Monarch Co. partnered with Mosea Technologies to host a student barcrawl in Waterloo. Using our network of reps, we were able to sell over 2,000 tickets across 5 venues for the event. This large scale event featured various venues, DJs, security teams and organizers all working together. Student t-shirts along with social media contents were designed in house by the TSM cohort.
Late 2021, The Social Monarch Co. began it's relationship with Hello Fresh and Chefs Plate. The established brand is targeting a younger audience and saw the TSM network as the best way to build a team of ambassadors and promoters to reach their new demographic. The beta campaign used a small team of reps in Waterloo only and has since grown to a full scale Ontario wide campaign.
With 2022 just beginning, there is much to come. TSM is currently carrying out on-going campaigns with Bet99 and Hello Fresh / Chef's plate. The team is scheduled for very exciting projects coming up with another campaign with Crank Lite Lager coming up in a few short weeks.
